Extensive expereince in film and documentary translating, also business and Marketing translation, I have MBA and a business administration degree.

I have been working as a professional interpreter/translator since 2003. I worked for major domestic and international companies. I also translate on a freelance basis as well as do interpretation for local courts and health facilities. I also do subtitling transcribing between English and Arabic.

I am fluent in both Arabic and English as I've received my undergraduate degree from the University of Cairo, which was taught in Arabic. I have been living in the United States for 28 years where I have received my PhD in Cultural and Educational Studies from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois. In addition, I have taught Arabic to non-Arabic speaking students at the College of DuPage. I am in the process of being professionally trained to perform medical interpretation.
